Are there any costs associated with your programs?
How much can we earn? What is the rate per pound?
When do we receive our payment?
You will receive payment 10 business days after the clothing arrives back to our warehouse.
What is the minimum amount required for a pickup?
A minimunm collectins requirements vary by location and typically range from 150 and 350 bags to cover travel costs. You may also deliver items directly to us, which removes the minimum requirement. For exact requirements in your area or to learn more about our flexible pickup options, please contact us.
How many volunteers do we need to help load the truck?
We recommend at least two volunteer for every 100 bags collected. More voulunteers are always helpfu; and make and the process faster.
What if we don't meet the minimum and need to reschedule?
If you’re unable to meet the minimun bag requirement, we can coordinate to pickup when we’re in your area.
How should donations be bagged?
Please place all items in 13-gallon trash bags and tie them securely.

How often can we host a clothing drive?
Clothing drives can be held as frequently as once a month. However, we recommend promoting your clothing drive for at least a month in advance to help ensure its success.
